Job Description
1. Responsible for the daily management of supplier selection and assessment;
2. Inquiry, negotiation, contract signing and payment process with suppliers according to project requirement and drawings;
3. Coordinate the drawings with suppliers according to the customer's requirements and drawings, confirm the material, and negotiate with the design department and sales when where there are problems;
4. Responsible for the on-site work of project, and communicate with supplier and sales person;
5. Finish other related work assigned by leader.
Desired Skill and Experience
1. At least two years relevant experience in exhibition industry;
2. Can speak fluent English and Chinese（Asian people are preferred）;
3. Good planning, executive, coordination and interpersonal skills;
4. Proactive, team-oriented, highly responsible and able to work under pressure;
5. Business travel and weekend overtime are acceptable.
6. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software
