HQTS Group is looking for a team manager to join our international sales dept. in Shanghai. The successful candidate will have previous experience in sales and business development with proven success in meeting targets. Working from Shanghai, our int’l sales team initiate new business with mid to large size companies in their home country or region. The target opportunity is any company that imports consumer hard goods, soft goods, electronics, textiles, or other products and materials from anywhere in Asia.
The Int’l Sales Team Manager of Shanghai is an experienced business developer & team leader with proven ability to independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure. The team manager is also responsible for leading the business development strategy and implementation with the objectives of driving new business development for the Shanghai sales team.
Developing & implementing company-wide business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control
Collaborating with the senior management team to identify new business opportunity/new sales channels
Innovating solutions to overcome challenges
Formulating and driving annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics
Initiating and managing the implementation of the all-round sales strategy
Associating with top management and develop commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives
