Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the Social Media & Community of US, develop community user operation strategy and planing, responsible for community operation process and management.
2. Responsible for social channels operations, such as Facebook/INS/Discord ect.
3. Responsible for building and operating game fans group;
Responsible for community growth, activity, engagement, community atmosphere
4. Excavate community content, guide potential users to post content on YouTube, influencer marketing recomendations.
5. Responsible for social & community KOL excavate, operation and cooperate with marketing team for promotion


Desired Skill and Experience

Job Requirements
1. 3 years of community manager experience.
2. Familiar with top social products in Amercian market and have in-depth research.
3. Strong operation planing ability, deep understanding of social user growth and activity, successful experience preferred.
4. Strong team work ability and cross department communication.
5. Gamer experience and love game.
6. Resources related to influencer are preferred.
